Our long lasting relationship with Thomson Reuters has given us the opportunity to help some of the key business segments and services organizations fine-tune and deploy Unica campaign. Key focus points have been the following:

  • Conducted an extensive Unica Campaign audit for a shared services organization to help them better understand where and how they could improve operational and technological efficiencies using proven best practices
  • Continue to work with FindLaw organization to help them deploy and manage their own campaigns used to set and manage appointments for sales organization
  • Providing on-going operational campaign execution support; essentially becoming a true extension of their team

We have partnered with Deluxe to help them build out their enterprise marketing automation platform using Unica. We started with redesigning their marketing resource planning (Unica Marketing Operations) and then moved to migrating their marketing campaigns using Unica Campaign. Key project objectives:

  • Adapt their Unica marketing platform to their North American marketing consolidation business model
  • Rebuild their extensive marketing initiatives ROI reporting platform by creating new analytical databases to serve both their standard and ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Migrate list extracts from various disparate solutions to Unica campaign

We are working with Optum to deploy the IBM Campaign module and help set the direction of their marketing platform for the future. Key activities include:

  • Migrate existing campaigns to IBM campaign module
  • Building response tracking features to help monitor and measure campaign performance
  • Transition operational execution to central marketing operations team
  • Establishing custom operational and performance reports

Worked with Uponor to help them establish a CRM roadmap.  This required a broad and thorough set of interviews of both Uponor employees and key Uponor customers.  Our roadmap exercise help them firmly plant the seeds of their CRM initiatives down the road.
